The Mother of Pearl Keepsake Urn has a polished brass finish with genuine Mother of Peal inlaid on the lid as well as the entire circumference of the urn. Please Note: Mother of Pearl is an organic composite material produced by some mollusks as an inner shell layer; it is also what makes up the outer coating of pearls. Though it is very strong, resilient and iridescent it does have naturally occurring imperfections.

A keepsake urn is a small urn which holds a tiny portion of cremated remains/ashes. Keepsake urns can be used for a variety of purposes, usually to keep a small portion of remains as a memorial when your loved one’s ashes are scattered, buried or placed in a niche. Others may use keepsake urns to share a loved one’s cremated remains/ashes among several family members.
