Memorial Funeral Urns will take back for a full refund or exchange any product within 30 days of the purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please re-package the product carefully to protect it for the trip back — using original wrapping and packing materials if possible. While this item may not have been chosen for your memorial needs, please respect that it may be meaningful to another family.

Memorial Funeral Urns will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. The customer pays for return shipping when the product is not wanted for any other reason.
When we receive the returned item, we will work with you to find out what you would like to do. According to your wishes, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund for the product. You will receive a credit in accordance with your credit card issuer’s policies.
