Shipping Details

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders received before 2 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, ship the same day, but occasionally may ship the next business day. Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped nor delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

Please note that orders are not picked up nor delivered by our carriers on the following six US national holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

  • 2nd Day
  • Overnight

You will be able to select your shipping method at checkout where shipping charges will be calculated. Please view the carrier websites to understand their shipping methods.

International shipping:

Memorial Funeral Urns is headquartered in the United States and all products ordered on this website ship from our main office in the US. The only country Memorial Funeral Urns ships to outside the US is Canada.

Any items shipped to Canada from the US will be assessed additional charges for Canadian Duties and Taxes, which are not invoiced or collected by Memorial Funeral Urns at time of purchase. Please know that once items clear Canadian customs, the receiver of the items will be notified and required to pay the assessed Duties and Taxes before items will be delivered.

Shipping to Canada from the US can take up to an additional 14 business days in order to clear customs. Memorial Funeral Urns does not have any control over length of time for items to clear Canadian Customs and will not be held responsible for any delays in receipt of your items. Memorial Funeral Urns does not have any control over assessed Duties and Taxes and is not responsible for these additional expenses.

Prices shown on Memorial Funeral Urns website are in US dollars and charged in US dollars to the purchaser’s credit card. The purchaser’s bank or credit card company then converts the total into the purchaser’s currency at the current exchange rage. Please know that credit card transactions from Memorial Funeral Urns will appear on your credit card statement as Pet Passages®. Memorial Funeral Urns is the human urn division of Pet Passages®. Memorial Funeral Urns is a subsidiary of Pet Passages®.

Post office boxes:

In the case of shipments to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO address, USPS ship methods are always used.

What if I am not home when my delivery arrives?

Small packages shipped using USPS services will be delivered to the mailbox. Larger packages shipped via USPS or UPS will be left at the door if no one is home at the time of delivery. Signature is not required.

Can I place an order and have it delivered elsewhere?

Yes, you can. At check out, you will have the option of having your order billed to one address and shipped to a different one.

Address correction:

If we are provided with an incorrect shipping address, the package will need to be re-routed to the correct address, which will cause a delay. Please be careful to put the correct and complete address in the shipping information section at checkout to avoid this situation.

Indemnity:

Memorial Funeral Urns cannot be responsible for packages that are delayed or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, acts of God (such as weather), a mistake by the shipping carrier or other such circumstances that are beyond our control.
